TOP 10 Best Laptops Before 560 $ 2025
Our expert team was guided by numerous customer reviews to select the rating, evaluating the performance and reliability of each laptop. So that for those who want to buy a high-quality laptop within 560 $ there was no doubt that you wasted your money.
1. ASUS VivoBook 15 X512UB-BQ127T
One of the smallest 15.6 '' laptops up to 560 $... ASUS designers have done a great job on the look of the VivoBook 15 X512UB. Even in the classic dark gray design, the laptop looks great. On the international market, this model can also be found in red, blue and silver colors.
The attractiveness of the device is also added by the minimal frame around the display (5.7 mm). It provides a good 88% screen-to-body ratio. The matrix itself is well calibrated, made with IPS technology, which guarantees excellent viewing angles, and is distinguished by FHD resolution. Disappointing one of the best laptops at 560 $ maybe only the lack of a full-fledged card reader (only microSD).
Advantages:
- moderate weight;
- comfortable keyboard;
- build quality;
- choice of colors;
- topical iron;
- quiet cooling;
- excellent display.
Disadvantages:
- not the most capacious battery;
- two slow USB.
2. Lenovo IdeaPad S145
Looking for an inexpensive laptop for the student? IdeaPad S145 is a great choice. This laptop is offered by the popular Lenovo company, known for its budget models. The device lacks stars from the sky, but for its money it even offers a fast 512 GB SSD (M.2 format) and 8 gigabytes of RAM out of the box (expandable).
Unfortunately, 4 GB of RAM is soldered here on the motherboard, so when using the maximum volume of 12 GB, RAM will be in single-channel mode.
What may not please is the screen. Not only is a TN matrix installed here, but also its resolution is 1366 × 768 pixels. However, for office work, an inexpensive but very good laptop suits perfectly. And the keyboard is quite comfortable here for typing large amounts of text.
Advantages:
- smart drive;
- good performance;
- comfortable keyboard;
- quiet fan;
- price-performance combination;
- solid assembly;
- SSD 512 GB;
- Windows 10 Home.
Disadvantages:
- very easily soiled case;
- screen resolution and dimness.
3. ASUS VivoBook 14 X412FA-EB691T
The review continues with the lightweight and compact laptop ASUS VivoBook 14. Cool build, very high-quality IPS-display, smart i3-8145U processor with low power consumption and 8 GB of RAM expandable up to 16 GB are just some of the advantages that this laptop model has to offer. As in the older version, 4 USB ports are available here, including one USB-C.At the same time, there are only two connectors of the 3.1 standard, which is not very good for the declared value. But the autonomy of a quality laptop from ASUS is quite decent, and with a moderate load, its battery will last for 6-7 hours.
Advantages:
- small size;
- pleasant color rendering;
- solid processor;
- a high resolution;
- quiet and efficient CO;
- reasoned price.
Disadvantages:
- not all USB ports are 3.1;
- only reads microSD cards.
4. Acer Extensa 15 EX215-51KG-37BJ
The TOP 10 notebooks are continued by a good model from Acer. Simple design and not too expensive materials of the case are side by side with excellent assembly and a good cooling system. However, the latter fact is hardly surprising, since inside the Acer Extensa 15 there are not too "hot" Core i3-7020U and GeForce MX130.
The keyboard of the device is completely standard, the up / down arrows are reduced here. Overall, the notebook is comfortable to use, although the touchpad could be better. Out of the box, the Acer Extensa 15 runs Windows 10 Home, which is enough for schoolchildren, students, office workers. Laptop storage 560 $ SSD. It is fast enough with a minimum storage capacity of 256 GB.
Advantages:
- excellent build;
- cool cooling;
- the amount of RAM;
- the possibility of an upgrade;
- good storage;
- autonomous work.
Disadvantages:
- not very good touchpad.
5.HP PAVILION 14-ce3007ur
If, when buying a budget laptop, you do not want to receive something faceless, then you should look towards the HP brand products. This brand knows very well how to create stylish devices even for little money. The combination of a crisp white lid, gray interior and black bezel in the Pavilion 14 looks really cool.
The sound system for the reviewed model was helped by the well-known company Bang & Olufsen. As a result, the manufacturer managed to offer some of the best speakers among the models before 560 $.
The center of the popular laptop model is the modern i3-1005G1 processor with 2 cores operating at a base frequency of 1200 MHz. The RAM in this device is only 4 GB, but no more is required for Internet surfing, editing documents and simple tables. The laptop can run on battery power up to 10.5 hours.
Advantages:
- metal case;
- backlit keyboard;
- current processor;
- reserve of autonomy;
- well-chosen iron;
- fast USB ports;
- size 14 inches.
Disadvantages:
- mediocre touchpad.
6. DELL Inspiron 3593
An interesting solution with a discrete video card. Of course, the Inspiron 3593 isn't a great laptop for gaming. But in the absence of an alternative, it will cope with many modern titles at low settings at a stable 30 fps. But if the buyer plans to play, then it is advisable to replace the standard 1 TB hard drive with an SSD and expand the RAM (only 4 gigabytes are installed out of the box). For office tasks, the capabilities of a good DELL laptop are enough. In addition, a quiet and economical "stone" Core i5-1035G1, made using a 10-nanometer process technology, is installed here.
Advantages:
- good characteristics;
- attractive price tag;
- cool keyboard;
- compactness and lightness;
- rather "cold";
- form style.
Disadvantages:
- little RAM.
7.HP 15-da1046ur
Great working machine for a reasonable price. HP offers the buyer 8 GB of RAM with an easy upgrade, an inexpensive 1 TB hard drive with a spindle speed of 5400 rpm and a good quad-core i5-8265U processor. The graphics are built-in here, it is enough for the tasks of the average user.
Depending on the modification, the reviewed laptop can be equipped with either a TN screen or a VA-like matrix. The display resolution in both cases is FHD.
The device received three standard USB-A ports, two of which comply with the 3.1 standard.Also, among the interfaces, there is an HDMI output, an RJ-45 connector, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless modules, and combined audio. According to the manufacturer, the device can work up to 12.5 hours on a battery with a capacity of 41 Wh. However, according to reviews, the laptop can last about 6-7 hours under office load and average display brightness.
Advantages:
- low cost;
- good cooling;
- smart processor;
- there is a slot for M.2 SSD;
- cool processor;
- comfortable keyboard.
Disadvantages:
- the case is very easily soiled;
- creaks in places.
8. Acer Aspire 3 (A315-55G-56CE)
One of the best models in the laptop rating is offered by Acer. The design, build, equipment and reliability of the Aspire 3 are truly impressive for a device in its price range. The user does not have to bother with the installation of the system, since Windows 10 Home is initially installed on the laptop. In terms of upgrade, the device turned out to be a rather attractive option. However, it can be required only if the buyer does not have enough standard 8 GB of RAM and a 256 gigabyte solid-state drive. What is not too encouraging is the cooling system: for the Core i5-8265U processor and discrete graphics GeForce MX230 selected by Acer, a more efficient solution is definitely required.
Advantages:
- great design;
- ease of upgrade;
- fast storage;
- good power;
- Windows 10 Home.
Disadvantages:
- cooling system.
9. DELL Inspiron 5491 2-in-1
One of the most interesting devices in our review. The Inspiron 5491 for a fairly modest price offers an ergonomic island-style keyboard without a dedicated numeric pad, a good touchpad, and a 14-inch IPS screen. The latter is completely glossy, but it is justified by the touch input capability.
In reviews, the laptop is praised for the rotatable display (you can fold it 360 degrees and use the device as a tablet).
Of course, due to the design and compact dimensions, it is not possible to place powerful hardware inside the Inspiron 5491. For simple tasks, however, an i3-10110U processor with integrated UHD 620 graphics is enough. The same goes for the 256GB SSD. But 4 GB of RAM may not be enough even for an undemanding buyer.
Advantages:
- touchpad and keyboard;
- touchscreen;
- fast storage format M.2;
- variety of ports;
- responsive sensor;
- justified price tag;
- space for a 2.5-inch drive.
Disadvantages:
- heavy in tablet mode.
10. Lenovo IdeaPad S340-15API
The IdeaPad S340 is the best laptop in the performance ranking. It is based on the Ryzen 3 3200U, which has a pair of 2.4 GHz cores and integrated Vega 3 graphics. For gaming, this is certainly not the best choice. But with some GTA V, Fortnite, FIFA 2020, Crysis and other not the newest projects, the laptop copes well.
Of the 8 GB of RAM, 4 are soldered on the board. There is only one slot here, so the standard 4 gigabyte bracket can only be replaced with a version twice as large.
As for the segment occupied, the laptop has a fairly high-quality IPS screen with Full HD resolution. The set of ports did not disappoint either: HDMI, a combined microphone / headphone output, wireless modules, three USB, one of which is Type-C, corresponding to the 3.1 standard. An SD card reader is also provided.
Advantages:
- backlit keyboard;
- encryption module;
- metal case;
- hardware platform;
- good autonomy.
Which laptop to buy
When choosing a device, you must rely on the tasks to be performed. Although our rating of laptops in the price category is up to 560 $ consists of approximately equal models, their characteristics are still somewhat different. Among the standard 15.6-inch models, the list includes several 14-inch devices. Laptops also differ in diagonal, amount of RAM, processor and type of storage, which should also be taken into account (for better performance, for example, SSDs will be the best choice).
I am using the HP ProBook 450 G5 now, no complaints at all. Excellent hardware for working on the Internet!
